My Professionals Are Too Busy to be Proactive

Ask IT: “How do you prioritize your day?”
Every time an IT Professional wants to be proactive, they take into consideration the fact that putting out fires and focusing on other projects may preclude proactivity.
IT Professionals need direction from you about prioritization of their long list of things to do (and include “what to do when a user calls with a problem” in that list of tasks to prioritize).
Don’t end up letting your company be a victim of technology. Set aside time to review priorities with your IT Professionals.
