Mike does a good job of explaining complex, high-tech terminology so the rest of the world can understand it. I learned a lot, and especially the parts of his seminar where Mike told us about ‘The Tools’ and the ‘12 Steps.’  I plan to put these to good use right away. Hearing Mike discuss today’s biggest security issues was very educational.
