Better than other providers, you were quite attentive to details and responded quickly. Your services were well above my expectations. I didn’t expect such an in-depth analysis, and was pleasantly surprised by its detail. Mike, you provided an outstanding and very helpful audit. Many of our issues were simple once we recognized them; and the resolutions were simplicity in themselves. But as usual, even the most obvious problems aren’t always tangible without an ‘expert eye’ like yours to analyze them.  Thanks again.
